1. Data we collect
Account data (email address, optional display name), your solving history, images you upload for photo solving (Plus), subscription status, and basic technical logs. Card numbers are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
2. How we use data
To operate the service: signing you in, saving your history, managing subscriptions, preventing abuse and improving the solver.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time; some features stop working without them.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage such as page views and button clicks. This data does not identify you personally.
5. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe, Alipay and WeChat Pay. If you use the AI features (Plus), your input or uploaded image is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer. Verification and password-reset emails are delivered through our email provider.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete individual history entries in your profile. To delete your whole account, contact us through the feedback channel and we will remove your data within 30 days.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to production data is restricted.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
